@jordanhipwell To answer your specific questions. 1. I checked the App Store update example, the 'Open' button comes after the app name and before the description. To me this seems like enough context for a VO user to know what Open corresponds to. My guess is they probably felt open was too important to be a custom action. Generally I'd say open probably should be a custom action.
