Daughter and SIL hosted my mums 98th birthday gathering today. All but two families attended. It was a beautiful setting on a lifestyle block in Waimauku. It’s a dead flat property with about an acre of pristine lawns around the house. Mum had lots of photos taken with her many family members. I got confused when introducing some of the little ones to the adults. I couldn’t remember if they were great Uncles or cousins at one stage. I think I got 1000 hugs from the children present.
