I put the 74hct04 on the rom board in backwards at first and it got really hot, so thats getting replaced. Thankfully I was ordering a tube of those in my next digikey order anyways. Unfortunately it always takes me like a week to actually place a digikey order because I keep adding things. Hopefully that cooked chip can hang on a couple weeks lol.
