it is also an Illusion of men, that lye to themselves about their dependency on women. A myth of strength. A patriarchal myth. Created by trauma in childhood, and later part of toxic maskulinity.
many of us have not experienced inter-dependency as connectedness and bliss. We carry scars of lack, dangerous enmeshment and powerlessness that we need to heal on our way to becoming full members of an interconnected community we can depend on. Dependency is deeply emotional. Realizing and creating a healthy web around us is healing.
