But I'm always a woman, and no one can take that. Even when I change my pronouns. Even when I bind. Even when cut my nails and stop wearing makeup. I'm still a woman. And I might not be what people think when they think about what a women is, but that's fine. I've found my home in the queer community, surrounded by dykes who question why a women needs to look or act in a certain way. This is the kind of woman I am, and that I get to be.

I've always known that I want my future kids to call me dad, and my biggest concern is how other people will react to that. Like I don't want to get misgendered, but I really want to be a girl dad (dad who is a girl).
