@PH7831 Meant generally as 'if you cannot afford a home wherever you happen to live'; not necessarily a home of any particular size - a lot of people here in the US (and CA, NL) can't afford even a small home anywhere near where they live, many can't even afford average rent near where they work, but still consider themselves "middle class".
