@ysb33r Trump is trying to use another law that allows him to put on up to %15 tariffs for up to 120 days. Just wait until it becomes clear they have to refund all the tariffs they illegally collected. Big tantrum on the way. P.S. I just realized that maybe you were asking if it will just go to Congress and being R majority they will just say OK. That will not happen. They know the voters know it is an unpopular tax on them and the Congresspeople are cowards.
