After looking at my ACE score (7) and what are my probabilities of (bad) outcomes, I'm doing fairly well. I'm not dealing with addiction, my finances are not a disaster. I do have some health issues, like agoraphobia (that's likely a Czech issue), USA induced anxiety and weight related stuff. There are hard days when I have to deal with my trauma but I don't feel like I've ran a marathon anymore. So I'll take that as a win and progress.
