Sometimes I think about that time I did yoga for funsies and the instructor actually scolded me for not practicing at home. 😭
Like, listen Linda, I’m barely "practicing" while I’m in the building. You’re lucky I even went full downward dog today. I thought this was shavasana, not a bloody performance review! 🙃

@junglegeorge@mastodon.africa and this is why when i did it, it was with a buncha really elderly folks. the instructor knew nobody practiced it because they were just lucky to even make it in that day.
