@sophiesometimes And the "ideology" is so simple, too: you are the ultimate expert on your own gender. Not just people who are trans or questioning; it works for everyone. It is what I taught my kids before I had explored my own gender at all. It is not some fundamental rewriting of knowledge, just permission to know yourself.
