  In order to reach my "ideal weight," I need to lose about 80 lbs. Fair enough, I suppose, but I was thinking about that. Fat is less dense than water, but 80 lbs of water would be 10 gallons. So I'd need to lose more than 10 gallons of fat. Now I know this is mostly about difficulty imagining how volume can distribute itself, but I just don't see how I even have ten spare gallons to lose.
