@jmeowmeow I had some delicious cheese and herb stuffed,grilled Anaheims once, and am still looking for the right kind of soft cheese to replicate it.

@dws I am hoping for a warm growing season. Peppers and tomatoes are a little ambitious for Seattle, but are do-able for a diligent gardener (I am a casual gardener, despite the hand planted seedlings).
