@sjb@mstdn.io I'm probably also not doing myself a favour by funnelling WhatsApp, Signal and Discord into my personal Matrix instance.
You would think having it all in one place is convienient, but it can also get overwhelming.

@fell@ma.fellr.net At work I'll only run Microsoft Teams inside a browser and never have it always running in the background because I don't like interruptions.
