@sentientsponge @katemorley Aphrodite cheated on him with Ares but then she never wanted to marry Hephaestus, so divorcing was probably best for both of them.
Some sources mention that Hephaestus remarried and that his wife is Aglaia, one of the Kharites / Graces.
I will never forget the death of Hektor's baby either. Andromache was right to ask him not to go 😔

@AimeeMaroux @katemorley I haven't seen many stories about him, so that's a totally new and interesting detail for me. I'd like to think he had some good fortune in relationships, since he strikes me as one of the few not completely awful gods.
