@AimeeMaroux @katemorley Also, I'd imagine they were a lot nicer to him than his wife. Although, the main thing I remember from the Illiad was the seigers (seige-ists?) throwing a baby off the top of the wall, because gawd.

    @sentientsponge @katemorley Aphrodite cheated on him with Ares but then she never wanted to marry Hephaestus, so divorcing was probably best for both of them. Some sources mention that Hephaestus remarried and that his wife is Aglaia, one of the Kharites / Graces. I will never forget the death of Hektor's baby either. Andromache was right to ask him not to go 😔
