@twipped iirc, the wheat calculation is how much wheat per tile times how much bread per unit of wheat (milling is 1 to 1 so I didn't bother putting that in), over how many days to grow a tile of wheat. I'm not accounting for labour costs, this doc was primarily about space efficiency (and I doubt those would affect the overall outcome massively anyway).
