Er I didn't know what to expect and trans-related is the last thing I would have thought of. I had been thinking of using that name for an instance or community with per-thread anonymity, mostly to make it harder to build user profiles by scraping.

You guys are looking in the wrong places if you think 4chan hates Trans. The /gif/ board is constantly full of Trans threads. I mean yeah, there's all the other horrible 4chan shit, but there's definitely a higher than normal representation for Trans folk.
