it have been a year since the worst day of my life today, I thought I would have healed more by now, but it still hurt a lot. But it's not as bad as it was

@Amyuhn@transfem.social shit takes time. You can never truly know how much you'll heal, just that it may or may not be longer than expected. Shit it might even get worse. The human brain is unpredictable, so there's never any guarantee. It's something I had to teach myself. You're currently trending more towards healing so that's something. That scar will never fully heal, but it has healed. Hang in there. 👋
