I’ve been attempting to use OpenBSD on an external hard drive stuck to the back of the lid on my T60, surprisingly works quite well since it’s using USB 1.0 OpenBSD is quite nice, I’ve always preferred it to FreeBSD and it generally seems to have a bit better hardware support over all from what I’ve experienced My only issue has been finding out that my libre wifi card, an Atheros AR9462 doesn’t have support for any drivers in the kernel. A shame but I can use a wired connection for now I’ll be looking into replaced it with a compatible libre WiFi card, or possibly getting a dongle, whichever is cheaper really, and the mini PCIe WiFi cards don’t tend to be all too expensive really
