@AmyTanMD@mastodon.online would you recommend that server admins make an explicit statement welcoming BIPGM? If so, what would help reduce your stress personally? Our server is already explicitly welcoming of LGBTQ-people and women but I'd like to minimize the minority stress felt by BIPGM women who might consider us. PS: Apologies if this isn't a burden you want - I understand if you don't respond.

@AmyTanMD@mastodon.online I love that there is so much choice, but I could happily join as many instances as I have interests, if it was manageable. But how do you pick a STEM instance that is also pro activism re equality and AGW/climate change etc? Lists may help with that maybe.
