@AmyTanMD@mastodon.online would you recommend that server admins make an explicit statement welcoming BIPGM? If so, what would help reduce your stress personally? Our server is already explicitly welcoming of LGBTQ-people and women but I'd like to minimize the minority stress felt by BIPGM women who might consider us.
