Had a really good #parkrun this morning, finished at 32:04 which is my fastest time this year and fastest time since July 2024. The extra runs in the week are really helping.
I had my "Witcher Running" playlist going on headphones today, which helps keep me going. It's mostly fast-paced music from the Witcher 3 soundtrack, but I've found of all the songs on there, it's a silly little tavern dancing tune that speeds me up the most.

Also something I'd like to clarify - when I'm out running with headphones on I put them on the "ambient" setting so outside noise gets fed through alongside the music - so I can still pay attention to what's going on around me, because I am a responsible chap.
