@joergi I visited a brewery last year and asked this question, and it seems like the process to take the alcohol out of beer is way more complicated. At least, this is how they reasoned with me about the cost.

@ftrc @joergi also there is a massive decrease in consumption of alcoholic drinks, so the breweries but also vineyards struggle a lot with their sales...
