Trying to work out why this (old) laptop won’t run on battery. It’s charged, and it sees the battery as present, but removing the adapter just powers it off as if it didn’t have a battery at all. When I look at the reported energy level of the battery it says 0, capacity 0, and 0 power now. I don’t think this thing has a CMOS battery …
