Nice things: I did some art exchanges with several other vendors for cool stuff, and a vendor I bought a wooden cup from last year gave me a wildly good deal on a gorgeous wooden bowl and a bottle opener, and several people told me things I made were delightfully creepy. Also I got to talk clay with a small child and to tell her some shortcuts for making animals and recommended some oven bake clays for a school project she’s going to do

I had a bunch of people tell me about possums they’d kept as pets too, and I got to pet a bunch of dogs, and I got to watch two teens spend about fifteen minutes arguing in heated whispers whether a nearby sleeping cat was real or not (it was real, but neither of them wanted to go closer to check)
