@arclight It's not an answer, but I think I have a piece to the problem. Most people in tech* aren't good at the social game. It's part of how we got into computers in the first place. The kind of organizing it takes to establish a union? That's massive social manuvering. Sure, the leverage is here, but the instructions on how to use it? The senses needed to determine who to work with vs who to hide from? Those require skills we are not particularly known for. This is not an argument that we shouldn't unionize, just an attempt to highlight an issue that needs to be addressed. *unreliable sources

    @Epic_Null @arclight Most people in Tech* in USA is under the same influence as the rest of the country and is actively exporting the influence to tech workers all over the world. Tech workers do not like Unions because they are temporarily inconvenienced billionaires. Unions would actively work against them when they try to exploit their workers later. All my techworker friends are unionized in Sweden. * Unreliable sources
