Phone calls are so difficult for me. Even simple ones!! I need to call my allergist and reschedule my next monthly shot. It should be incredibly straightforward. And yet... Here I am procrastinating and feeling anxious! It's almost like I'd rather show up in person and ask about it. I'm not sure why calling is so hard. #audhd
