I once went into one in Spokane, WA. The naughty video room was upstairs. Along with a selection of adult films, they had this bin full of artificial (probably molded latex?) body parts - not just boobs, butts, weiners and woohoos, but weird stuff like elbows, ears, and feet. And none of them were in blister packaging - they were all unlabelled and weirdly wrapped in cellophane.

So was the sex shop making it's own artisinal latex sex elbows and selling them out of a bin, like someone's weird homemade chocolate candy you would never touch? That was the image that terrified me. And what the fuck do you do with a latex foot? Then I wondered if maybe some of them were real and the guy was a serial killer. Definitely unsettling thoughts at 2 A.M. at a porno store in Spokane, WA back in the aughts.
