I do like the idea of having something small that can be a signal of comfort like a pin. I am going to have to brainstorm what might be a good fit for me where I am right now.
I think some of my apprehension is that I haven't discussed this much with my partner. (Who would 100% be in my corner, but who I am concerned might not tell others while I'm still getting my grip on how I want to explore and present.) When I've brought up traditionally non-masculine activities, she tends to blow them off unless they are things she wants to do already. (This is a me problem: she can't read my mind, but it makes me feel uncomfortable.)
(Sorry to add all of this extra weight to the response! It is a bit more of the subtext about how and why I'm feeling unsure right now.)

@breadinside@lgbtqia.space Yeah you should be able to do small things without having to have the "big" talk with your partner. I have that problem to some extent as well; my wife is very enthusiastic about things sometimes and can't stop herself from telling people.
