@cavyherd oh yes, the good old we must manage how you "feel" about it, rather than acknowledge the problem. Track change, it reminds me of how "resilience" was wielded against the children as well. I was accustomed to "resilience" in the workplace meaning "you must learn to accept the abuse", but I was still too naïve to imagine it being used to force sick children into the classroom.
