Pind Howe South (Danby Rigg): A denuded bronze age round barrow sited towards the southern end of the flat summit of Danby Rigg. Low lying, standing about 2ft high with a large upright stone just to to the north west (315°) of the centre of the barrow. This stone which in itself stands 2ft high stands out clearly on the flat summit indicating the location of the barrow within the landscape. 📷 johndhunter More:
