@maru I'm not sure if it's available in english but vegan oriental is very good, same is for orient meets vegan. I do have both but both in German.

@maru Type in your preferred search engine "Ottolenghi recipes books", et voilà. Not strictly vegan, I think, but very interesting and "inspirational".
