Meanwhile, have you conversed with Scott Hanselman? He hosts the Hansel Minutes podcast (https://hanselminutes.com) and works (worked?) for Microsoft. He also does some bio-hacking/hardware-hacking/software-hacking with his insulin pump and might be able to connect you with tech-minded folks who could possibly improve accessibility. And/or have you on the podcast ☺

@gumnos @shanselman I haven't but very glad to learn about the podcast. My Doc actually suggested exploring some of the biohack communities active in this area, but I haven't managed to find enough time to really dig in. Conversations and connections welcome though!
