@smallcircles Better comms practices is where I'd start as well. For example: if you consider yourself a community project rather than a software vendor, don't make a Web page that advertises a project, make a Web page that showcases a community.

@khinsen @smallcircles YES! Absolutely what I"m trying to aim for. I wanted to name my little incubator idea for community incubators "Stone Soup", after the folk tale of a hungry stranger who, by some clever *social* engineering, turns a "magic pebble" into a village feast. I aspire to be a shiny pebble. Looking for a team who has a dented pot & a bit of firewood ... 😜
