@psistarpsiii I'm not a boomer but I'm a Luddite, which is often confused for boomer. That said, my phone doesn't receive group texts because it only receives SMS text messages and not MMS messages. The difference is that MMS requires not only an Internet data connection but also it requires the website for downloading MMS messages, which is specific to your provider (such as T-Mobile or Mint Mobile) to be configured in your phone correctly. Images are also MMS messages. Basically, anything requiring more than the 150 SMS character limit, or whatever it is, ends up being an MMS message.
