One of the most rewarding things I did since beginning of 2026 was to renovate a stylish but worn out IKEA VARDE kitchen shelf by sanding it and painting it in RAL 7038. I also sanded & polished the drawer handles. Excellent way to spend time, and useful as well. I also painted two IKEA stools I had around, the set looks quite neat and will pair nicely with our future home interior. This is so much more rewarding than any IT work, and I could see myself doing more of this in the future.
