@Xenia0040 Those signs go to $9.999, just like I said. It's technically true -- in the strictest mathematical sense -- that they "can't" to to $10. But they can go to one hundredth of a cent WITHIN $10. It's just a stupid statement. If he meant something different, he should have said something different.
