@cobbpg @hyc I think I 80% agree, some people are more prone to caring... And also extrinsic motivation that connects to intrinsic motivation can make such a difference. For some devs, I've seen this connection through the org valuing their commitment to quality, for others it's through connecting to user voices and needs. Or strong affinity with the problem domain itself. Or their team. There are so many ways of caring it almost blows my mind how orgs avoid nurturing any of them.
