@elizayer @hyc Not sure if it’s avoidance. In my experience you actually have to put active and continuous effort into maintaining a culture of caring.

@cobbpg @elizayer @hyc Generative AI (LLMs) are making it a lot easier to "beat down" the few who really care. When one person says, "That'll take some time. We'll need to look into the technical details." and another says "No worries! I'll run it through AI. It'll be done later today!" Who do you think the managers, leaders, and business people are going to back?
