I will eat rhubarb until I am ill and then go back for more having learned nothing. So it's pretty awkward that I have this pan of rhubarb shortbread bars and no idea how to store them. Shortbread doesn't go in the fridge? Custardy stuff doesn't get left out at room temperature -- and doesn't freeze well? Either I have to share these or ... call out of work tomorrow???
