@PGBeattie@mastodonapp.uk I shop with sainsburys and never get any spam. I never shop with tax dodging bastards amazon and I have lots of ad blockers and anti tracking software, so that nay have something to do with it.

@ravensrod@mstdn.social @PGBeattie@mastodonapp.uk Amazon's offers and suggestions to me are mainly comical rather than sinister. Subscribe and save suggestion on hair dryers! Tommy Hilfiger clothing - I had to look him up. The only spam l get from Sainsbury's is the tinned variety, I have a dedicated e-mail address for them and so far only their genuine stuff comes into it.
