@Niall @ccferrie I know how hard it is. The world isn't black and white. We all draw lines where we can. Substack happens to be one of mine. There is some great content on there which I refuse to read. If those authors move to another platform I'll happily read them. You don't get change by doing nothing. Do what you can. That's what I'm doing. It's not enough but I hope it's better than nothing.

@OneInterestingFact I hear you. I try hard to do the right thing too but I've found that telling others they are doing the wrong thing doesn't win friends or, more importantly, drive behaviour change. I'm a mostly-vegan EV driver who cycles as much as I can but don't run up to people eating meat and tell them that they are literal murderers and also planet killers. Similarly with the dickheads who drive big pickup trucks. It doesn't achieve anything. You say what you're doing is not enough. I'd say that you're only human and doing what you can is all you can hope to do. Maybe be nice to yourself, accept what you do regardless of whether you feel its enough or not. @ccferrie
