Hard suffering from this this morning! They've wiped out my fixed IP so all my #SelfHosted sites are down and the rest of the connection is intermittent at best. When you call the number in the FAQ there's a message saying 'we're working really hard and will email you updates' before it hangs up and the main contact centre goes through to VM!
Anyone got any tips to achieve a quick fix on this?
