@zed @Mimesatwork not necessarily, I visited several Chinese cities and they all had many free public toilets that were in pretty decent conditions.
Not all of them had accessible toilets though.

@basil @Mimesatwork what are you saying “not necessarily” to ? Cause I never made a claim that paid toilets is better. Only that requiring toilets to be free as a part of the criteria for a “shittable” city was an American viewpoint.
