@Daveography It's a really cool mural. But between the design pigments & the fact that it's on the north side of the building, I'm kind of skeptical about how much solar energy it's collecting. The fact it's made of solar panels seems kind of like a gimmick designed to grab them headlines like this one. (The rest of the building, on the sunny sides, has regular solar panels, I believe.)
