@Tho99 https://www.seeedstudio.com/ and https://hexaspot.com/ have some solar-powered options. For a handheld, a good starter is a Heltec V3 with a 3D printed case. Be careful, though, if you're buying a kit of parts, that the battery will fit into the case.
