@sean@scoat.es Not bourbon-alternative, but have you ever tried the spirits from Dunrobin (right next door to Beau’s). I picked up a bottle of port-wood aged rye there last year and it was surprisingly good. I also sampled the malt whisky and enjoyed it too.
