It’s extremely common for citizens of the DPRK to visit, live, and/or work in the PRC. The two countries are on favorable terms. The DPRK and ROK are at war, defectors are treated by both sides as such. The overwhelming majority of cases where it’s claimed that the families of defectors are punished are bullshit tall tales. There is no “soviet era brainwashing.” Brains do not get “washed” by information or special beams, people by and large seek out information that supports their world outlook. What you’re doing is ignoring concrete reality to peddle racist views of Koreans with a “get out of jail free card,” and simply use ableist attacks against those providing evidence against your baseless claims.
