The raw input has both price volatility and scarcity. They're paying a lot more for that crude than usual and a lot more people want it, so they likely can't get as much as they'd like.
I doubt that refinery is working at normal capacity right now.

as a domestic refiner, they can pay higher prices than euros or asians just due to the fact that they do not have to ship overseas and can utilize pipelines. supply isn't the issue. according to the CEO the higher prices are projected to make the refinery itself a couple hundred million dollars more profitable as they sell the supply of distillate they don't need, somewhat offsetting operational losses
