@strypey @ConnyChiwa @mu Both MoH and University of Auckland are subject to the OIA, so IMAC is covered by both (by MoH under the contractor / committee clause, and by UoA directly). If seeking info on their contracted services to MoH, its probably best to direct OIAs through them. Note that moH are awful to deal with on OIAs, but at least they know what they are; UoA will be awful in a "pig-ignorant morons who don't understand the law" way instead.
